By buying or using UCA you agree to these terms.

License

Your license lets you use UCA on the number of Windows computers shown in your account. You may move a license between computers by removing one in your account.

Updates

UCA downloads updates automatically. It tells you what is new before installing and installs the update when you agree or when UCA closes.

Your Gemini key and your data

UCA talks to Google's Gemini API with the key you provide. Your use of that API is subject to Google's own terms and limits, including whether your conversations are stored, reviewed by humans or used to train and improve AI - this depends on your Google account and plan (free tiers may be used to improve Google's products). You are responsible for checking the Gemini API terms and deciding whether to use UCA with them.

Sensitive data

We and UCA will never ask for passwords, PINs, bank or card details or ID numbers. Do not share such private, sensitive data with UCA or show it on screen while UCA looks at your screen.

Fair use

Do not resell, share publicly or attempt to bypass license checks. We may revoke licenses that are abused.

No warranty

UCA is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but an AI assistant can make mistakes - please double-check anything important before acting on it.
