Privacy
UCA is built so that as little as possible ever leaves your computer.
What stays on your PC
- Your voice, your dictation, your screen selections and the screenshots UCA looks at are sent directly from your PC to Google's Gemini API using your own API key. They never pass through our servers.
- Memories, routines, settings and your Telegram bot connection are stored locally on your computer.
Google's Gemini API and your conversations
UCA talks to Google's Gemini API with your own key. Whether Google stores your conversations, lets human reviewers read them, or uses them to train and improve its AI depends on Google's terms for your Google account and plan - free tiers, for example, may be used to improve Google's products. Please read the Gemini API terms and decide for yourself whether that is acceptable for what you say and show to UCA. It is your decision; we have no control over how Google handles that data.
Sensitive data
We and UCA will never ask you for passwords, PINs, bank or card details or ID numbers. Please never share such private, sensitive data with UCA, and don't have it visible on screen when UCA looks at your screen.
What we store
- Your email address and license key, so we can deliver and verify your license.
- For each activated computer: a random machine identifier, the name you gave the computer, the app version and when it last checked in.
- Support logs and feedback, only when you choose to send them from the app.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
Updates
UCA asks our server for new versions and downloads them automatically. Before installing, UCA tells you what is new; the update is installed when you say yes or when UCA closes.
Your choices
You can remove computers from your account at any time at /account. To delete your account and all associated data, write to the support address below.
